Surely, when we talk about sweetness most people must think of sugar and women but topic today
is Suuuuuuuugar . Sugar is a popular ingredient that we often add in both of main dish and dessert. Have you ever thought that besides the sweet and soft taste, what else we will get from it ?
The reason why most of us are addicted to sugar is related to our eating behavior when we were young. Chocolate cake , cookies , or ice cream would be sent to us as a present when we did something good , won the test or in someone birthday.

Believe it or not ? Sugar is the root of many problems today. Lots of children who love having dessert are risk to sick easily. Moreover , they are also face with nosebleed and caries problems too . For teenagers , having too much sugar can cause of low vitamin B1 . Then they are going to be a beriberi , allergy, upset, nervousness and hard to sleep.

Sugar also provides fatty acid to our body .When we are taking it , this sugar will transform to glycogen and was kept in our liver . If we have over sugar, this glycogen will be sent back to bloodstream as fatty acid. Then it will be accumulated in other parts such as hip, abdominal surface, thigh and upper arm.
However, if we still have lots of sugar, it also accumulate in heart , liver and kidney. In addition, sugar can cause of constricted blood vessel and fatness.
Not too much know that they are addicted to sugar . So ! the following symptoms can alarm you.
- Nervousness
- Hard to reduce their weight
- Need sweet
- Dropped hair
- Pimple appear
Have problems about skin, kidney, pressure , and diabetes.
The WHO (World Health Organization) declared that people should not take over 10 % (10 teaspoons / day ) of sugar in each day . So, why don't reduce the sugar quantity for your health. Not only natural taste you reach, but also the good result for your mind.
