-Even cutting meat, veggies or fruit, you have to remove all crumbs away first. Then wash your knife with clean water and follow with soap water, dishwashing liquid or cleaning solution. After that rinse it with clean water again. Remember that not to clean your knife with dishwashing machine. This will damage your sharp edge and it also crashes with another kitchenwares.

-Next, leave the knife to dry and rub it again. Then, wipe fingerprints and moisture off, with soft cotton cloth or chamois.

-Because of rust, knife checking should be frequently done. The reddish tone is the sign of rust that should be cleaned as quickly as possible.

In addition, the storage place is important, too. Your knife should be kept in the low humidity and cool place.
